In the middle of the exotic flora of the Riviera Maya there is a place where you can release your true adventurous self. Enter the depths of the Mayan jungle and have a great time in the Selva Maya Eco Adventure park. Located in Tulum, you can enjoy a combination of incredible activities. Glide along 9 zip lines and 5 suspension bridges, go to a rock climbing pyramid, rappel into a cenote, swim or jump in a cenote from a cliff, and visit a cave to practice surface diving. You will become one with nature on this excursion with lunch included.Enjoy one of the best combined excursions in the area while enjoying a series of activities in the Mayan jungle when visiting the Selva MayaEco Adventure park in Tulum.Upon arrival at the park, the friendly staff will greet you to start your adventure. First, you will travel through unexplored trails on a 4.8 km (3 miles) excursion into the Mayan jungle aboard an all-terrain vehicle. Once in the jungle, the staff will fit you with a harness and helmet, and give a welcome and safety talk. Then, you can enjoy the rainforest with its 9 zip lines and 5 hanging bridges, built on the tallest trees of the Mayan jungle.
After this, you will arrive at a pyramid, where you can climb a 5.4 meters (18 feet) rock wall and then rappel down it with a view of a cenote on the other side of the pyramid (about 9.1 meters / 30 feet). Then it's time to dive. The staff will provide the surface div ing equipment (mask, tube, life jacket) and you will visit two different cenotes. The first is a semi-open cenote where you can relax, explore or dive off the cliff. The second is a cenote in a cavern, where you can practice surface diving to see the different rock formations (stalactites, stalagmites).After all these activities, you will return to the base camp, to enjoy a delicious and authentic Mayan lunch with Mayan shredded pork tacos, Mayan shredded chicken tacos, rice, sauces, flavored water, and a beer or a soft drink. When you are finished, prepare to return to the entrance by riding the all-terrain vehicles and then return to your hotel on your own.
